THE BRUSSELS CRISIS / Cacildo Marques

O livro, em inglês, trata da crise do euro, de 2011-2012, com propostas para o enfrentamento do problema usando como instrumentos a economia keynesiana e a psicologia social. We know that a scientific model is valid for sake of its forecast capacity. When the reproduction of an experiment leads to a previously delineated result, without manipulation or improper interferences, we have the confirmation of the assertive that gives base to the discovery. The proof's denial of this relationship of cause and effect, in any instant of  the events, represents the refutation of the theory and with this a lot of hypotheses are discarded everyday in the world of the science, be by the formulator ones themselves, be by the pairs whom are assigned of doing the requested tests.

The “second fall of Rome” was a forecast announced few years before the financial crisis that reached the euro, the common currency of the most of the countries in the European Union. Some European authorities were alerted that such would happen, but maybe they have not understood the foundation of the warning. Therefore a new book is written now on the theme, with all of the possible subsidies to the understanding of the phenomenon.

If they continue shooting outside of the target, it won't be because of the lack of knowledge of the problem, but by much more human reasons, in the sense of the weakness that makes us bearers of the unconscious evil. At the beginning, it is necessary a summary of the model and of the foundations that accompany it, for then we proceed to a more detailed explanation of the theme. In the text, the question that tops each item it is just a way of clarifying more the idea of the subtitle, and the entire book can be read without it, which is not part of the concatenation of the themes.
